About the Role
Krishna Research Foundation (KRF) is seeking passionate and skilled Academic Content Writers to develop, edit, and refine research-oriented documents, project reports, manuscripts, and technical articles. The role demands strong writing ability, attention to academic standards, and familiarity with research documentation formats.
Candidates will collaborate with researchers and project teams to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured content aligned with KRF’s research and publication goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and edit research papers, proposals, technical documentation, and academic reports.
- Ensure all written content adheres to academic integrity, formatting, and citation standards (APA, IEEE, MLA, etc.).
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and researchers to present technical concepts in clear and structured language.
- Proofread and review manuscripts for grammar, clarity, structure, and coherence.
- Maintain consistency of tone and language across all academic and institutional outputs.
- Support the research team in preparing project deliverables, abstracts, and conference submissions.
- Contribute creative input in content planning and documentation strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English, Literature, Communication, Engineering, Computer Science, Management, Science, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
- Strong preference for B.A./M.A. English, Literature, or Communication graduates with expertise in writing, editing, and academic documentation.
- Candidates with proven experience in academic writing, research editing, or technical documentation will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent command of English, analytical ability, and research aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with citation styles (APA, IEEE, MLA) and use of reference management tools (Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote) is an added advantage.
Skillsets
- Excellent command over written English, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and document formatting tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization and presentation tools such as Tableau or Excel is an advantage.
- Understanding of academic structure, plagiarism ethics, and referencing systems.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple writing tasks simultaneously.
- Strong research orientation and attention to detail.
